ABSTRACT

In this work we present FLOWTOOL, a procedural-knowledge Acquisition 
tool developed specifically to acquire procedural knowledge associated 
with the diagnosis and calibration procedures of engineering systems
specifically main trunk amplifiers used for communication and 
cable-television distribution networks.
